Jervois Steak House ......There are steak houses, then there are steak houses and then there’s Jervois Steak House.
JSH or simply Jervois, as its affectionately know by its legion of ardent fans, was born in 2007 when restauranteur Richard Sigley and Chef Simon Gault hatched a plan to launch New Zealand’s first authentic Steak House.They travelled extensively throughout the United States, researching, sampling and truly understanding what made a great steak house great. It was a grueling trip, but clearly worth the hard work and long nights, as five years on Jervois Steak house still reigns supreme as New Zealand’s pre-eminent restaurant designed to unashamedly showcase meat. 

Now it is time to expand. Opening a steakhouse in Queenstown has been a goal for the group since the JSH incarnation, giving Richard an opportunity to get back to his mainland roots.

Barmuda .....Queenstown’s favourite premium bar, ideal for early drinks in the courtyard or a late night party...This opulent bar is an all time favourite for those who enjoy a good party with a bit of class. Barmuda offers different spaces to suit all moods. The well-assembled central bar is often where you find the action, however if you are after something a little more exclusive, the plush lounge is the perfect spot to relax. The courtyard has a roaring open fire and is an inviting space in all seasons.

Ballarat Trading Co ......  Queenstown's Original Gastro Pub. Located in the heart of Queenstown’s Mall, The Ballarat Trading Co. has been described “as like stepping into another world”. Camp Street Brewing Company ...... Imagine sitting, glass of wine in hand, snow cascading from the sky outside as you are warm and comfortable in the  ambiance that is CBC. Along with our selections of wine we offer 18 craft and interational beers and ciders on tap with tasting trays available for the indecisive or curious. A variety of meals are available and 1/2 price lunches will make a day off the mountain guilt free. Monday-Wednesday come and play the 'Stock Exchange' with 'Floating' drink prices. Thursday brings an early start to the weekend with DJ's playing songs that make you want to dance and reminisce. Acoustic live music on a sunday afternoon rounds off the week.
